GreenSage Advisory is looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to shape client agendas across growth, operating model, and regulatory strategy.
You will work closely with partners and client sponsors to structure diagnostics, facilitate executive workshops, and translate recommendations into implementable roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams on multi-workstream engagements
- Facilitate board and CXO workshops
- Build decision-ready narratives and recommendation packs
- Mentor analysts and consultants
- Support proposal development for priority pursuits
Requirements
- 6–10 years in consulting, corporate strategy, or related advisory
- Strong structured problem-solving and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort with ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
- Willingness to travel for client workshops as needed
